The Company

I'm working with a leading Construction contractor based in the West Midlands, who specialise in Civil Engineering, Fit Out and New Build.

Their projects range from 50K to 8M and they are forecasted to grow considerably over the next 12-24 months. Their projects sit in auto-motive, industrial and commercial and can be ground works, fit out, refurb and new-build.

The role

They are looking for a Contracts Manager with a civils background who can comfortably work high to volume of works, at pace, between the values of 750k-2M.

This role sits in their Operational team reporting directly to the MD and has the potential to offer significant progression opportunities.
