Overview

Are you an experienced Contract Manager looking for your next challenge in the Commercial Construction sector? A well-established and growing Construction business based in North Wales is seeking a dynamic individual to join their team and lead multiple exciting projects across the region.

About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a thriving construction company undergoing significant growth. The successful candidate will manage multiple projects at any one time, with values ranging from £250k to £3m.

Projects include
  • Local Authority buildings
  • Commercial Developments
  • Conversions & Refurbishments

You'll be involved from pre-tender through to final account, supporting site teams and ensuring successful delivery across all phases.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee multiple construction projects simultaneously
  • Lead pre-construction planning, tendering, and budgeting
  • Manage subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams
  • Ensure compliance with health & safety and quality standards
  • Liaise with clients and stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle
  • Drive project delivery to meet time, cost, and quality targets
What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience in contract/project management within commercial construction
  • Strong understanding of refurbishment and new build processes
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and teams effectively
  • Due to the location of work, this is only suitable for someone who lives in North Wales

This would also suit a strong Site Manager, who is looking for that next step up to a PM / Contracts Manager level, and their first experience within a Contracts Manager role
