• Previous experience as Site Manager, housebuilding/main contractor.
• Ability to recruit, lead and develop a team.
• Ability to assess scaffolding design and build to current legislative standards.
• Valid CSCS card, SMSTS.
• Full UK Driving License.
• IT / Microsoft Office literate.

One of Thorn Baker's leading off-site timber frame manufacturers isseeking a Contracts Manager to join them permanently to cover projects acrossthe South West. This position would suit either a Site Manager working for a housing developer that builds using timber frame or an individual who is working for a timber frame manufacturer in a site-based position. This client has a strong training and development programme with plenty of opportunities for career advancement.
