Job summary

A global consultancy firm is seeking an experienced Business Process Lead to support a digital transformation programme. The successful candidate will lead the design of operating models and improve processes using frameworks like BPMN and Lean. This hybrid role requires onsite presence in Harrogate up to 2 times a week. The role offers an £800 day rate and is outside IR35.

Overview

Axiologik is looking for an experienced and passionate Business Process Lead to join them working with a global client on their digital transformation programme. We have an existing team already in place and are now looking to add to this multi-disciplinary squad of people.

£800 Day Rate

Outside IR35

Hybrid – up to 2 times per week in Harrogate when required

Start date: September

End date: 31.12.25 (likely extension)

This is a fantastic opportunity to see and feel the impact of your work whilst making valuable changes within a large organisation. Due to the nature of the work, there will be times when you are needed onsite in the client’s office (2-3 days per week) in Harrogate, North Yorkshire.

Strategic Process Work
  • Help lead/facilitate the design of future operating models/organisational structures across differing business functions, translating strategic intent into the proposed designs.
  • Identify, plan and drive opportunities for cross-functional process improvement and standardisation.
  • Identify and help prioritise future opportunities that the organisation can pursue.
  • Provide best practice guidance on process improvement, operational excellence and lean.
  • Build capability in incumbent teams through coaching, templates, and hands-on support.
  • Develop and maintain process adoption trackers to monitor uptake and effectiveness of new processes.
Salesforce Revenue Cloud (RCA) Process Leadership
  • Coordinate and lead business process design for Salesforce Revenue Cloud Advanced implementation.
  • Oversee the capture of current state and the design of future state processes, ensuring alignment to technical design and pursuing opportunities for process improvement.
  • Facilitate business requirement gathering across diverse stakeholders and divisions.
  • Ensure consistent application of best practice in process mapping and design using the organisation's Group process framework.
  • Drive business engagement to validate and secure sign-off for process designs.
  • Manage dependencies between processes and systems/roles.
  • Produce and baseline process documentation packs, including to-be flows.
  • Work closely with business change to support early-phase business adoption.
Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in process design, operating model development, and business transformation.
  • Skilled in process mapping tools and frameworks such as BPMN, Lean, and SIPOC.
  • Excellent stakeholder management across business, IT, and programme functions.
  • Able to work across strategic and operational levels with minimal direction.
  • Able to oversee/coordinate a team of BAs/process analysts.
  • Strong documentation and facilitation skills.
  • Experience supporting a systems implementation (from a process & or requirements point of view).
  • Management consulting background or in-house change/programme management experience.
