We're looking for an organised and commercially minded Contracts Manager to join a growing tech business that supports the healthcare sector. This is a hybrid role, with the expectation of being in the office in Lincolnshire at least two days a week, so you'll need to be within a reasonable commute.

You'll be the go-to person for anything contract-related - making sure agreements with clients are clear, compliant, and work well for both sides. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Managing and negotiating both supplier and customer contracts
  • Acting as the primary contact for contract and procurement queries from internal teams and external partners
  • Ensuring compliance with NHS frameworks, healthcare regulations, and internal procurement policies
  • Developing and optimising procurement and contract lifecycle strategies to support safe, cost-effective healthcare technology solutions

Skills:

  • Procurement & contract management experience (healthcare/public sector/tech); NHS frameworks
  • Experience in negotiation, drafting contracts and risk management
  • Working knowledge of GDPR, ISO standards, and NHS Digital requirements
  • Excellent English and Numeracy skills
  • Confident negotiating and communicating with different teams
  • Can manage your own workload and meet deadlines
  • Great attention to detail

Benefits:

You'll be joining a supportive company where personal development is encouraged. Alongside a competitive salary, you'll get:

  • Hybrid working with flexibility
  • Time set aside each week for personal development
  • Private healthcare, pension, and other benefits
  • Extra days off for your birthday and volunteering
  • Regular team socials and company events
