Overview

Our client is a leading FM Service Provider with an array of clients across the UK. It is looking for an experienced Contract Manager to head up a hard services contract in Sutton. The contract also has a site in Fulham.

Responsibilities

As the Contract Manager, you will oversee the maintenance delivered across two commercial buildings that house office space, laboratories, clean rooms and plant rooms. If you have worked in the laboratory environment, this would be desirable but not essential.

The Contract Manager will have a team of 20 people made up of engineers, supervisors and admin and support. You will be responsible for the P&L for the contract that has a value of circa £3m. In addition, you must have excellent client relationship building skills and the expectation is that you are site based.
