What you’ll be doing…

As a Contract Manager , you will proactively manage teams in multiple sites as well as be accountable for overseeing recruiting, inducting, training and supporting Site Managers to deliver an efficient, high-quality service to Elior UK, our customer and clients.

Responsibilities

• Elior Experience Communication & Integration : Ensure that all aspects of the Elior experience are communicated and embedded within the sites, supporting site managers and Service Champions as needed.
• Financial Growth & Performance : Drive financial growth through cost control, culinary excellence, and effective merchandising. Implement, monitor, and evaluate results within site teams to exceed financial targets.
• Site Management Oversight : Oversee Site Management within the area to ensure proactive team management on site.
• Recruitment & Development : Recruit high-calibre site managers, develop their skills, and drive them to excel in succession planning, recruitment, training, and people development to deliver high-quality service.
• Team Communication & Relationship Building : Ensure ongoing team communications, including building strong internal and external relationships, management reporting, and client liaison.
• Client Relationship Management : Maintain proactive relationships with clients to exceed expectations and retain business.
• Menu Planning & Design : Innovate menu planning and design within specified budgets, ensuring high standards of food presentation and portion / quality control across the area.
• Contract Mobilisation / Demobilisation : Plan, lead, and deliver effective mobilisation and demobilisation of contracts, coordinating with relevant support functions.

Working Pattern

Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)

• Extensive Experience in contract catering, within a multi-site, management role
• Ability to demonstrate experience in leading, inspiring, and motivating a large and diverse team
• Proven experience of working closely and successfully with clients
• Confidence in numbers and P&L management
• Having a good eye for detail and strong commercial awareness would be an advantage
