Location: Kent
Salary: £30,000
Working Days/Hours: Monday-Friday - 8.00am to 4.00pm

The Opportunity

KBB Recruitment are representing a well-established client looking to appoint a creative and detail-oriented Kitchen Designer. This role involves working closely with housebuilders and developers to deliver functional, stylish kitchen designs.

Responsibilities

• Create kitchen layouts using design software
• Adapt designs based on client feedback
• Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and architects
• Stay updated on kitchen trends, materials, and finishes
• Recommend products to suit client needs and budgets
• Support the sales team with design proposals and quotations
• Ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or similar preferred
• Minimum 2 years' kitchen design experience
• Proficient in Compusoft Winner, AutoCAD, or similar software
• Strong spatial planning and design skills
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of building regulations and industry standards
• Full UK driving licence required
