As the Electronics Test Solutions Technical Lead, you’ll be responsible for delivering three new production test solutions from concept through to implementation. You’ll take the lead in requirements capture, liaise with external suppliers, and coordinate internal engineering teams to ensure solutions are delivered on time, on budget, and to specification. Your focus will be on building automated test systems that reduce labour, increase throughput, and validate complex electronic assemblies with speed and accuracy. Alongside managing milestones and resources, you’ll be hands-on in shaping test equipment designs, screening builds for defects, and ensuring the systems you implement can support scaled-up manufacturing.

Where will I be doing it?

You’ll be part of an strong engineering team within a global technology group recognised for its leadership in advanced optical and electronic systems. This division is at the forefront of designing and manufacturing high-performance solutions that support demanding industries such as telecommunications, data networks, and government systems.
