Location: South West London (in-office Tuesdays & Thursdays)
Contract Type: Full-time, Contract

Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and committed professional to join a Highways and Transport council team on a contract basis. This role combines data analysis, correspondence management, and project support, providing a key operational function for their street space and community engagement work.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage correspondence including the “street space inbox,” member inquiries, and Freedom of Information (FOI) requests.
  • Analyse free‑text comments from “Let’s Talk,” TMO responses, and other data sources to support decision‑making.
  • Support project work by assisting with report preparation and using the internal project management system.
Candidate Profile
  • Experienced and able to hit the ground running.
  • Strong data analysis and communication skills.
  • Flexible, committed, and willing to adapt to the team's needs.
  • Highways and Transport Industry knowledge
