Job summary

A recruitment consultancy is seeking a Business Analyst for a 3-month contract near Exeter. The successful candidate will gather requirements, design processes, and implement organizational changes while working hybrid with 2-3 days onsite per week. Strong stakeholder management skills are essential. This role has been deemed outside of IR35.

Job description

WA Consultants is currently recruiting for a Business Analyst for an initial 3-month contract supporting a client near Exeter.

The successful candidate will be required to carry out requirements gathering and high level design document for an organisation wide contract management programme.

You will need excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills:

• Gather and document system requirements from stakeholders (Requirements specification document).
• Design, document and implement new processes across the organisation
• Develop user / case stories as necessary
• Apply rigorous business analysis methodology and controls.

This will be a hybrid working role but with the expectation of 2-3 days onsite per week. The role has been deemed to fall outside of IR35.
