A well-established facilities management company is seeking a proactive individual to manage work orders in Redditch. The role involves engaging with customers and contractors, reviewing job progress, and driving completion while providing excellent service. We are looking for an individual to join our small, supportive, office-based team to help manage work orders from initial request through to final completion. Working closely with our Contract Coordinator, you’ll ensure each job is attended promptly, progressed efficiently, and resolved to the highest standard.
This is an FTC for 12 months contract based in Redditch.
This is a 40-hour per week role, working7am – 7pm across 7 days, therefore flexibility is required.
For this role you’ll have experience of working within a fast-paced time pressured customer service role, within any industry and sector!
