A leading low-cost airline is seeking a Continuous Improvement & Process Manager to oversee strategic improvements in ground operations. Join our Quality, Safety & Improvements Team, part of the central Ground Operations function. This team manages and sets the policies and procedures for safety, readiness, regulatory compliance, training, and continuous improvement in Ground Operations, supporting a safe and on-time operation.
As Continuous Improvement & Process Manager, you’ll lead the development and implementation of strategic and operational improvement initiatives across ground operations. You’ll focus on safety performance, turnaround efficiency, and the adoption of new tools, equipment, and working practices. Partnering closely with airports, handlers, and cross-functional teams, you’ll identify risks, remove inefficiencies, and drive measurable performance gains across the easyJet network.
This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and we spend 60% of our time per month in the office.
