We are looking for three forward thinking individuals that hold a passion for bladder and bowel conditions that are highly motivated in treatment and management to join our enthusiastic Norfolk Team. This position will be working across Norfolk. Job purpose To assist in the delivery of high standards of continence care to patients within their own homes, care homes, the travelling community and in clinics, by following prescribed packages of care. To provide a high standard of care to the patient whilst promoting continence, managing incontinence, and promoting their independence and respecting their privacy and that of their families.
