A global consultancy firm in London seeks an experienced Employment Lawyer to join its Legal Team. This role involves providing comprehensive employment law advice across EMEA, especially in Germany. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of experience, including in-house work, and possess excellent English and German communication skills. A hybrid working model is offered, allowing flexibility in work location.
A new opportunity exists for a qualified and experienced Employment Lawyer to join our Legal Team based in London. You will be part of an EMEA Employment Counsel team, advising the business on the full range of employment law matters across EMEA, with a particular focus on Germany. As part of a global Legal, Compliance & Risk team, you will report into the Associate General Counsel based in Southfield, Michigan, who has responsibility for litigation and employment matters globally. This is a great opportunity to face technical challenges in an interesting position and develop your knowledge and commercial acumen. You will be supported by the Associate General Counsel, business leaders, mentors, coaches, and colleagues on the Legal, Compliance & Risk team to ensure you are learning and developing. You will be providing a wide range of employment law advice and assistance related to Germany and across the EMEA business. You will support our People team, as well as the leadership team, including the EMEA Chief Operations Officer, Partnership Matters Office, and the EMEA country and regional leaders. You will be comfortable operating in a fast-paced environment with significant exposure to senior stakeholders.
