Overview

Contentious Probate Solicitor, 2+ Years PQE, Worcester, £55,000+ (DOE) - This is a unique opportunity to join a well established and highly regarded practice handling a unique caseload whilst simultaneously delivering a really high standard pf service to the firm’s clients. JOB REF:1241

Responsibilities

• Commitment to providing a high standard of service to clients in a reputable leading national practice.
• Handle a varied caseload of contentious probate matters and specialist Court of Protection matters.
• Utilise working knowledge of Court of Protection matters and proceedings under Trusts of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act 1996 where advantageous.

Requirements / Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 Years PQE in contested probate and Court of Protection matters.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to work well within a team environment.
