The team regularly handles complex estate and trust disputes and acts as Independent Administrators, Trustees and Deputies - offering a distinctive perspective on contentious matters. The Role:

You will manage a varied caseload of probate and trust disputes, including:

  • Will challenges
  • 1975 Act claims
  • Executor, trustee and beneficiary disputes
  • Issues arising from trust administration and independent appointments
