• Qualified solicitor in Scotland with up to 4 years’ PQE in contentious construction law.
• Experience with construction contracts (e.g. NEC, JCT, FIDIC) and major infrastructure disputes.
• Strong advocacy, drafting and negotiation skills.
• Able to manage a varied caseload and prioritise under pressure.
• A collaborative team player with excellent communication skills.

Contentious Construction Solicitor (NQ-4) – Edinburgh

A leading UK law firm with a strong reputation in construction and infrastructure disputes is seeking a talented Contentious Construction Solicitor to join its busy Property & Infrastructure Disputes team in Edinburgh.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a highly regarded team on high-value, complex disputes across the construction and energy sectors. The work includes litigation, adjudication, arbitration and mediation – both in Scotland and cross-border.

The role

• Advise on a wide range of construction and engineering disputes, including professional negligence, defects, delays and payment issues
