Overview

Handle Recruitment is seeking a Content Publisher to join the retail engagement department of a global consumer tech and media brand!


This is a 12-month contract to start ASAP, hybrid working in London. Annual salary £50k - £55k dependant on experience


Responsibilities


  • Utilising a variety of CMS tools to support various editorial formats from long-form editorial and detailed guides to step-by-step task posts.

  • Balancing and prioritising multiple projects and assignments in a fast-paced, ever-evolving work environment.

  • Maintaining complete understanding of the complexities of CMS and other internal tools.

  • Partnering with business partners to understand their communications needs and support with drafting, editing, reviewing, revising and finally publishing based on the go-live date provided.

  • Managing workflows from beginning to end; identify contingencies, respecting processes, establishing clear timelines and meeting them.


Qualifications


  • Digital publishing experience and/or equal experience in web content management in a fast-paced environment.

  • Experience with managing content using a CMS.

  • Experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), along with knowledge of HTML or Wordpress.

  • Ability to decimate and convey CMS issues to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with a demonstrated ability to work with others in an unpredictable environment.

  • Highly detail-oriented, organised, and patient, with ability to handle ambiguity.

  • Experience working in breaking news situations and on curated messaging is ideal.
