We're supporting a rapidly scaling, VC-backed startup on a mission to redefine how modern teams use workspace and they're hiring a Content Marketing Lead to own and grow their entire organic presence.

This is a hands‑on, creator‑first role perfect for someone who loves turning real stories, customer wins and founder insights into high‑performing content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube and email.

If you thrive in fast‑paced environments, hate being micromanaged, and know how to make content move, you'll love this.

The Role

You'll take full ownership of the content engine planning, creating and distributing high‑impact content that drives brand visibility, inbound demand and qualified leads.

You Will
  • Run a rolling content calendar across multiple channels
  • Produce short‑form video, snippets, carousels and smart LinkedIn content
  • Turn every customer win into multi‑touch content
  • Create a weekly newsletter + monthly lead magnets
  • Visit local sites and spaces to capture photo/video content (2 days/week on-site)
  • Track performance and recommend data‑led improvements
