As a YouTube Thumbnail Designer, you will be responsible for developing captivating and click‑worthy video thumbnails that entice our audience to click, watch, and engage with our YouTube videos. You will combine your creative vision with a deep understanding of YouTube trends and audience psychology to drive higher click‑through rates and audience retention.

Responsibilities

• Create eye‑catching thumbnails that effectively communicate the content, value, and intrigue of the video.
• Utilize image design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop) to execute design concepts.
• Continuously research and analyze YouTube trends, audience preferences, and competitor thumbnails within the premium science and learning niche.
• Conduct A/B testing to determine the most effective thumbnails and iterate on designs based on performance data.
• Monitor click‑through rates (CTR) and audience retention metrics associated with thumbnail designs and make data‑driven adjustments.
• Collaborate closely with the content team to ensure thumbnails align with the content and educational messages of our videos.
• Maintain consistency in thumbnail design to establish a recognizable and cohesive visual brand identity for our premium channels.

Qualifications
