Content Creator

Location: High Wycombe, Western Australia

Employment type: Casual or Part Time

About the role

As our Content Creator, you’ll work closely with the Recruitment Lead and across the business to bring our employer brand to life. From workshops to site visits, apprentices to leaders you’ll showcase what it’s actually like to work here.

You’ll have the freedom to create, experiment, and shape how we show up online.

What the days will consist of

• Creating engaging content for social media (video, photo, reels, stories)
• Capturing “day in the life” moments across site and office environments
• Working with recruitment to support campaigns, vacancies, and talent attraction
• Partnering with internal teams to highlight projects, people and milestones
• Develop fresh, creative content strategies to grow our reach and influence across multiple platforms
• Editing and delivering content that feels authentic, not overproduced
• Travel to our sites across WA to capture what SMS does best

What we are looking for

• A creative mind with a strong eye for storytelling
• Comfortable filming and engaging with people from all walks of life
• Experience creating content for social media (mining or industrial experience is a bonus, not a must)
• Someone who can work autonomously and take initiative
• A personality that fits a down-to-earth, hardworking industry
