Reports To: Head of Marketing

Deta is looking for a highly creative, design driven Content Creator with strong skills in graphic design, video production and multi platform digital content creation. This role is centred on producing outstanding visual content - mostly digital but some print - for its portfolio of nine brands. You will deliver high quality creative assets for social media, websites, email, sales materials, email campaigns, catalogues, brochures and printed collateral, supported by light written content. While some copy support is helpful, this role is primarily about strong design execution, brand consistency, and delivering visually impactful content across all channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design Led Digital Content Creation: Produce visually outstanding graphics, animations, short form videos and social media content for all digital channels (YouTube, website, LinkedIn, Instagram, email, ads). Create digital assets such as banners, headers, promotional graphics, product visuals, infographics and editorial imagery. Ensure all creative output reflects brand guidelines, tone of voice and visual consistency across multiple brands;
  • Video Production & Motion Content: Plan, storyboard, film and edit short form videos (Reels, product showcases, how to videos, event highlights). Create simple animations or motion graphics to enhance digital storytelling. Optimise videos for each platform and ensure consistent brand application;
  • Offline & Print Design Support: Work alongside the Graphic Designer to support the production of print-ready artwork for Catalogues, Brochures, Flyers, POS materials;
  • Website Visual Content: Upload and update visual content (images, videos, graphics) across brand websites. Support SEO and UX through high quality imagery and well designed layouts;
  • Social Media Visuals: Produce eye catching creative for social platforms, focusing on growth, engagement and brand awareness. Assist with scheduling and publishing where needed, but with design as the priority;
  • Photography Support: Help capture lifestyle shots or behind the scenes visuals. Edit images to a professional standard as required.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Creative Media or related field, OR strong portfolio demonstrating equivalent experience
  • Strong proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro or similar video editing software)
  • Basic motion graphics (After Effects or equivalent)
  • Experience preparing artwork for print (catalogues, brochures, POS)
  • Demonstrable experience across graphic design, video editing and digital creative production
  • A strong portfolio showcasing multi brand design, video work, and digital visuals
  • Ability to produce polished layouts for print and digital
  • Excellent attention to detail and understanding of typography, layout, colour and composition
  • Ability to work in a fast paced, multi project environment with strong time management skills
  • Photography editing/retouching skills
  • Experience working within brand guidelines across multiple brands
