CONSUMER & MARKET INSIGHT ANALYST EMEA

Are you a talented hands-on Consumer Insight professional with a passion for understanding what drives consumer choices? MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Create impactful insight reports: synthesize insights from primary, secondary consumer insight data and syndicated resources so we can land clear and actionable insight that inspires stakeholders to act. This will be high level annual trends, quarterly business reviews and for specific growth workstreams.
  • Lead insight projects: develop market research surveys on survey platforms, analyse and create reports of results. Support data and insight managers on primary projects with agencies when required.
  • Knowledge management: contribute to team efforts to build and maintain knowledge management platform and ensure teams have latest insight at their fingertips.
  • Events: support consumer-led events such as Consumer Day.
  • Capability: support team capability development trainings and related activities.
CANDIDATE PROFILE
  • Degree in Marketing, Consumer Insights, Analytics, Business or another related field (preferred but not essential).
  • Marketing / Consumer Research experience with proven ability to synthesize learnings from primary and secondary research into compelling insights and actionable business recommendations.
  • Skilled in quantitative consumer research methods, survey design and data analysis (including significance testing). Working knowledge of qualitative research preferred.
  • Experience of self-serve survey platforms such as Toluna knowledge or keen to learn about panel/shopping data (e.g., Nielsen).
  • Demonstrated project management experience showing ability to prioritise and balance multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written, oral and presentation skills; able to communicate complex ideas simply and persuasively.
  • Effective consulting and interpersonal / collaboration skills including working with cross-functional teams (e.g. Marketing, Sales, Product Development) and with external partners (e.g. vendors).
  • Fluent in English.
