A reputable healthcare organization is seeking a full-time medical professional primarily based at the East and North Hertfordshire NHS Trust. The role involves conducting urology one-stop clinics, follow-up clinics, diagnostics, and theatre activities, as well as an on-call commitment of 1:12. This is a new post. The appointee will be primarily based at the East and North Herts NHS Trust. We also run outpatient clinics at the New QE2 Hospital in Welwyn Garden City and Hertford County Hospital in Hertford. The post comprises 10 PAs. The role includes one-stop urology clinics, follow-up clinics, diagnostics and theatre activities as well as provision of on call 1:12. We have a weekly Uro-Radiology meeting, Oncology MDT, Departmental M&M meeting and Monthly Trust wide Audit and Governance meeting.
We have a full time post comprising of 10 programmed activities (PAs) and an on-call commitment of 1:12 providing emergency care for adults and children above the age of 2. The role includes Urology one-stop clinics, follow up clinics, diagnostics and theatre activities as well as hot clinics and Men's Health. On call commitments involve evening and night single site cover with 24 hour junior on site support and a week of day time acute on call.
