A healthcare organization in Greater London is seeking a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to join their Community Recovery Team. We are seeking a Consultant General Adult Psychiatrist to join the Community Recovery Team South in Newham. This is a rare opportunity to work in an integrated inpatient and community service. The Community Recovery Team serves adults with serious mental illness residing in the South of the borough. It is a well-established service which seamless and integrated mental health care between inpatients and the community.
The successful candidate will have the opportunity to be enrolled on the Trusts highly regarded Improvement Science in Action training and will be encouraged to contribute to our unique Quality Improvement programme.
The post-holder will have overall clinical responsibility for service users on their caseload in their CRT sub-team and sector inpatients. They will lead on the delivery of high quality care in all settings; ensure policies and procedures are followed; develop close working links with GP colleagues in order to provide integrated holistic care; and develop close working links with the acute locality treatment wards ensuring the right care is provided in the right setting.
