Join our Mechanical Engineering Discipline group and play a key role in delivering the vital ship services and life‑support systems that power the UK’s current and next‑generation nuclear submarines. You’ll work at the forefront of SSN AUKUS, while also supporting the Dreadnought and Astute programmes – tackling complex technical challenges, owning system‑level issues, and solving problems that span multiple engineering domains. This role gives you the chance to lead design improvements, support critical technical troubleshooting, and build strong customer confidence through high‑quality engineering solutions. You’ll also have opportunities to mentor junior engineers, develop leadership skills, and strengthen your technical expertise while influencing some of the most advanced submarine platforms in the world.
