A leading healthcare provider in Truro is seeking an Emergency General Surgery (EGS) Consultant with specialized interests. The role involves providing high standards of EGS service, teaching junior staff, and developing optimal operating procedures. This position supports diverse interests in colorectal, children's, or complex endoscopic surgeries. To support this work, we are looking to appoint to our Emergency General Surgery department EGS Consultants with a sub specialty interest in either Colorectal, Paediatrics or complex interventional endoscopy (non-exhaustive). The successful applicant will join and existing team of Emergency Surgeons. Our department is fully funded and is supported through the National Forum for Acute Surgeons.
Full support will be in place to develop all and any subspecialty interests within job plan whether Colorectal, Children's surgery or advanced endoscopy.
