Associate Consultant (The Early Talent Program)

Would you like to work on implementing future digital solutions?

As an Associate Consultant, you will gain knowledge about our Cloud solutions, implementation methodology, consulting skills, and industry business practices. Throughout the program, you will learn how to create and implement digital solutions to address our customers' needs. This is a full-time position, starting within the Early Talent Program. No prior technical background or ERP experience is required.

Your daily tasks as an Associate Consultant will include:
  • Implementing ERP solutions
  • Analyzing business processes
  • Interacting with customers
  • Designing business solutions
  • Preparing and participating in workshops for our customers
  • Learning new business implementation methods
  • Supporting customer training

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) refers to the integrated management of core business processes, often in real-time and facilitated by software and technology. ERP is typically a suite of integrated applications that organizations use to collect, store, manage, and interpret data across various business activities.

About The Early Talent Program

The program lasts 12 months and includes both academy training and hands‑on project work to accelerate your consulting career. Early in the program, you will help customers leverage our world‑class Cloud solutions in industries such as Distribution, Food & Beverage, Automotive, and Manufacturing. This experience will provide a solid foundation in managing innovative local and global Infor projects from both IT and business perspectives.

The Early Talent Program includes:
  • Product training
  • Customer consulting
  • Business travel

This program is set in an international environment, where you will interact with instructors and other Early Talents from across EMEA. In addition to training in business processes, applications, and industry solutions, you will also receive an introduction to Infor, our values, and our ways of working.
