Job description

Overview

We are recruiting a new, full time (10 PA) Consultant Clinical Neurophysiologist based at Bristol Royal Hospital for Children (BRHC). We wish to appoint a paediatric/adult trained Clinical Neurophysiologist with expertise in Children\'s Epilepsy Surgery Service (CESS) and preferably Stereoelectroencephalography EEG (SEEG) to join the current BRHC team. The post includes paediatric and adult outpatient clinics, diagnostic reporting, inpatient diagnostics, participation in MDTs and participation in the city-wide on-call EEG reporting rota. The successful candidate will work with the existing consultant to take a central role in the CESS MDT and proven expertise in paediatric epilepsy is essential.

We are one of four centres nationally designated to deliver the CESS service.
