We are currently looking for an Automation Engineer – Microsoft Power Platform to join our Delivery.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain solutions using Microsoft Power Platform services such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Power Virtual Agents.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define automation requirements and establish best practices.
• Provide insights and strategies for process optimization utilizing Power Platform capabilities.
• Deliver across the full lifecycle of projects, from conception and design through development, testing, deployment and support.
• Support workshops and training sessions for internal teams and clients to ensure effective adoption of automation solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to automation solutions.
• Stay up to date with the latest updates and features within the Power Platform ecosystem and evaluate their applicability to current or future projects.
• Maintain regular contact with clients.
• Lead weekly project update meetings on the status of the technical implementation.
• Actively implement best practices.
• Communicate and manage requirements with the client service department.

Requirements

• Training in Computer Science, Business & Information Systems Engineering, or related technical field or equivalent with minimum duration of 2 years.
• At least 2 years’ experience developing Power Platform solutions.
• Experience and training in conventional programming, preferably with .NET, C#, VBA or Java.
• Experience with other application/automation and integration tools (such as UiPath, Celonis, Appian etc.) is desirable.
• Understanding of AI and Cognitive Services to enhance automation solutions would be a strong advantage.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to ensure strong customer relationships.
• Understanding of customers’ processes, with experience in process consulting being advantageous.
• Fluent in English and/or Spanish.
