• Experience of assessing/teaching within apprenticeships, ideally in construction.
• Ability to sequence quality apprenticeship delivery for optimal outcomes.
• Understanding of how to coordinate and lead a delivery team.

Responsibilities

• Lead on apprenticeship provision for construction apprentices in Rotherham.
• Ensure high-quality service for apprentices.
• Line manage staff and oversee quality assurance.
