Type:

Duties:
  • Lead and develop the delivery of HNC Construction Management courses at Level 4, within a classroom/workshop-based setting.
  • Deliver high-quality learning modules, utilising innovative teaching methods and technologies.
  • Overcome barriers to learning and adapt delivery to meet learners' needs, ensuring they gain the technical and professional skills required.
  • Ensure sessions are motivating, engaging, and develop learners' skills, knowledge, and behaviours.
  • Monitor student attendance and progress through regular assessments and reviews.
  • Provide advice and guidance to learners regarding decision making and progression.
  • Embed Maths and English into sessions.
Criteria:
  • Must have solid occupational experience in Construction Management, Architecture, Quantity Surveying, or Civil Engineering.
  • Must hold a recognised Level 3 qualification or above within the Construction sector.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to plan time effectively.
  • Experience in delivering training/workshops to groups or providing on-the-job training.
  • GCSEs in Maths and English at Grade C or above / Functional Skills equivalents.
  • Level 2 qualification in a relevant Construction trade.
  • Confident and professional, with the ability to inspire and motivate.
