CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR - BIRMINGHAM - An exciting opportunity in non-contentious construction at a super commercial firm.

Construction Solicitor 2+PQE -

We have an exciting opportunity for a Solicitor with a sound grounding of experience in non-contentious Construction matters to join a Leading commercial law firm. We would like to hear from applicants with a minimum of two years good quality experience and upwards in a range of non-contentious Construction matters, within such fields as Retail, Leisure, Property Development and Social Housing. You should be fully familiar with construction contracts such as the JCT and NEC. Knowledge of MFI and FIDIC contracts would be beneficial but not essential.

You will be working alongside the Partner and running your own caseload within a successful and growing team. This is a great opportunity to development a real niche expertise within the Commercial team and has great potential for the successful candidate.
