Job description

Construction Solicitor (contentious) 4+ PQE, reporting to Department Head, Newcastle, c£75,000.

You should have experience in:

  • Claims in the construction, engineering, and energy sectors
  • Professional negligence claims involving construction professionals
  • Adjudication and adjudication enforcement work
  • Arbitration, litigation, and other forms of alternative dispute resolution, including mediation
