Job Title: Operations Manager / Project Manager

Description: We are hiring for our client, a leading construction sub-contractor with a strong track record across Ireland, who now seek to appoint an Operations Manager / Project Manager. The Role
  1. Collate specifications, review projects, and manage procurement orders & delivery schedules.
  2. Liaise with suppliers and oversee fortnightly/monthly progress reports.
  3. Manage subcontractor payments and prepare handover documentation.
  4. Oversee Health & Safety compliance, inspections, reporting, and dashboards.
  5. Ensure quality reporting and programme implementation across projects.
  6. Liaise with and support site managers; conduct site visits and attend contract meetings.
The Person
  1. Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Project Manager within construction.
  2. Strong commercial acumen with ability to manage procurement, reporting, and subcontractors.
  3. Solid understanding of Health & Safety processes and compliance.
  4. Excellent communication and leadership skills with ability to support site teams.
  5. Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work across multiple projects simultaneously.
