An established and forward-thinking UK law firm is expanding its national Construction practice and seeking to make a senior strategic hire for Construction in Bristol. This is a rate and exciting opportunity to shape and grow a regional construction presence for a national team that already has a strong reputation across London, the East of England, and beyond. The firm is very keen to hear from senior construction solicitors who are open to a relocation for the opportunity of Partnership and true autonomy in building a team around you.
The position is available at either Director or Equity Partnership level.
This senior construction hire will play a key role in building and leading the construction team in Bristol, with support from an established and highly ranked national group. The role can be tailored to suit specialists in either contentious or non-contentious construction law, though a blended skill-set is preferred.

In order to support the relocation of you (and any family) the firm are willing to offer a relocation package, to support with moving costs/relocation fees. The amount on offer is open due to this being a key strategic hire.
In addition, you'll be offered a hugely competitive salary and benefits package if Legal Director level, or bespoke remuneration equity offer for Partners.
