Job description

RGB are currently supporting a leading name within renewable energy and civil engineering who are looking for the very best talent to join their established team. Based in Devon, they are a leading name within the construction of large renewable energy projects spanning across the UK. Due to a number of recent project wins they are looking to appoint an experienced buyer to support their commercial director in the Exeter office.

Duties
  • Create & build positive and effective relationships with new and existing supply chain.
  • Procurement of materials, plant & equipment across a number of projects.
  • Ensure orders are distributed and approved by relevant personnel.
  • Maintain a positive working relationship with the accounts team to provide support on any order related queries.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience of working in a buying role ideally within civil engineering or construction industry
  • Experience using procurement packages.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Demonstrable knowledge and experience of operating IT systems.
