Job Title

Construction and Commission Engineer (Subsea and Renewable Asset Installation & Intervention Equipment)

Job Overview

Construction and Commission Engineers will drive the commissioning & testing processes and will work in collaboration with the design, fabrication and project management teams.

Typical equipment - offshore wind turbine foundation deployment systems, ploughs, deck spreads, walk to work systems - amongst others - each system is unique and complex.

Key Responsibilities

• Project Planning and Management
  • Develop detailed project plans and schedules.
  • Develop in conjunction with others commissioning plans and procedures for complex equipment design, build and operation.
  • Coordinate with project managers, clients, and others.
• Installation and Commissioning
  • Supervise the installation of subsea and renewable energy equipment.
  • Conduct pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
  • Perform system testing and troubleshooting.
• Technical Support
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the installation team.
  • Develop and review technical documentation, including procedures and reports.
  • Ensure adherence to safety and quality standards.
• Collaboration and Communication
  • Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers.
  • Prepare and present progress reports.
  • Facilitate effective communication among project team members.
