Job summary

A leading Architectural practice is looking for Architects and Architectural Assistants to join their teams in Oxford or London. This full-time, permanent role offers exciting opportunities to work on heritage projects and provides great career progression along with a flexible hybrid working environment. Applicants should have skills in heritage conservation, RIBA stages, and experience in Revit or ArchiCAD is desirable. Responsibilities

  • Manage preservation efforts for heritage and conservation projects.
  • Provide expert advice on heritage conservation and restoration.
  • Produce design and technical drawings.
  • Conduct site visits and surveys to work directly with clients.

Skills

Experience across the preservation of Heritage/ Conservation projects
Expert advice on Heritage Conservation and restoration
Experience across all RIBA Stages
Experience in bespoke detailing
Producing great design and technical drawings
Working with clients, including site visits and surveys

A leading Architectural practice, have exciting new opportunities for Architects, Architectural technicians and experienced Part 2 or Part 3 Architectural Assistants to join their thriving teams in either their Oxford or London office.

This growing practice are busy and next year is looking to be even more so with a growing portfolio of fantastic projects! You will be working across industry leading Heritage projects across the UK and although experience in this isn’t essential, it is highly desirable along with a passion for Historical buildings and Conservation.

To become a part of this vibrant practice, the ideal individuals will have the following skills and experience:

  • Experience across the preservation of Heritage/ Conservation projects
  • The knowledge to provide expert advice on Heritage Conservation and restoration
  • Experience across all RIBA Stages
  • Experience in bespoke detailing
  • Experienced in producing great design and technical drawings
  • A passion for working with clients which may include site visits and surveys
  • Experienced in working in either Revit or ArchiCAD - not essential but highly desirable
  • A passion for the preservation of historic buildings
  • Experience of UK building regulations

This is a full time, permanent position.
