A leading global meetings agency is seeking a Congress Housing / Sourcing Specialist to manage sourcing and negotiating for pharmaceutical congress accommodations. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced remote environment in the UK, utilizing expertise in contract negotiation and stakeholder communication. This role involves collaboration with clients and suppliers to deliver optimal solutions for congress events. The candidate should be proactive and capable of managing multiple timelines and inquiries to ensure client satisfaction.

Due to continued growth in our client’s global congress activity, we are looking for a Congress Housing / Sourcing Specialist to join our Meetings Management Life Sciences team. You will have expertise in sourcing, negotiating and contracting pharmaceutical congress accommodation or large exhibition / group accommodation worldwide. You are at ease guiding your stakeholders, building great relationships with housing bureaus / hotel suppliers, able to work independently but also can easily identify when to collaborate within your wider team to deliver the best solution for our clients.
