About the Role>
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Computing Teacher to join our supportive and forward-thinking team. This is an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher who is committed to delivering high-quality computing education and inspiring students to develop strong digital skills.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging Computing lessons across the appropriate key stages
Teach a broad computing curriculum, including digital literacy, computer science, and ICT
Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies
Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment
Contribute to the wider life of the school and department
The Ideal Candidate Will
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)
Have experience teaching Computing in a secondary school setting (ECTs are welcome to apply)
Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Computing
Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to continuous improvement
