About the Role>

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging Computing lessons across the appropriate key stages

  • Teach a broad computing curriculum, including digital literacy, computer science, and ICT

  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress in line with school policies

  • Create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment

  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and department

The Ideal Candidate Will

  • Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) (essential)

  • Have experience teaching Computing in a secondary school setting (ECTs are welcome to apply)

  • Demonstrate strong subject knowledge and a passion for Computing

  • Be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children

  • Work effectively as part of a team and contribute to continuous improvement
