Job summary

A leading motorsport engineering firm is seeking a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician in Milton Keynes. You will be responsible for detailed trimming and assembling of high-performance components in a fast-paced environment. Ideal candidates will have two years of experience in a similar role within the automotive or aerospace industries. Responsibilities

In this role, you will perform detailed trimming, bonding and assembling of components to the highest standards, working meticulously in accordance with our standard operating procedures, following engineering drawings, ensuring precision and excellence in every task. Your hard work and contribution will directly impact the success and performance of our team including customer projects.

These roles will cover a Day Weekend Shift, a Weekday Nights Shift or a Day Shift.

What we need from you
  • Minimum of two years’ experience in a Composite Fitter/Assembly Technician position within a disciplined manufacturing environment.
  • Background in the Motorsport, Automotive, and/or Aerospace industries.
  • Proficiency in using air tools for basic trimming.
  • Self-motivator with a proactive approach.
  • Ability to work to very tight deadlines with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Capability to handle challenging situations and delivery pressures.
