Compliance & Sub-Contract Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Compliance & Sub-Contract Manager to oversee subcontractor management and ensure statutory compliance across our operations. This role is critical in maintaining high standards of health, safety, and regulatory adherence while supporting seamless service delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage subcontractors on a daily basis, ensuring timely and efficient service delivery.
  • Review CAFM PPM systems to plan attendance in line with required schedules.
  • Arrange site access and coordinate works to minimize disruption to core services.
  • Review Risk Assessments, Method Statements (RAMS), and health & safety documentation prior to site works.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and site management teams to agree on work schedules.
  • Ensure statutory compliance in accordance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
  • Organize and maintain online documentation and compliance records.
  • Conduct inspections, due diligence checks, and vetting processes.
  • Update records in SharePoint and other compliance systems.
  • Lead preparation, review, and presentation of documentation for audits.
