Overview

Are you looking for immediate temp work? We have a fantastic opportunity to work within a leading college group in a dynamic and rewarding role as a Compliance Officer. We are looking for a highly organised and proactive individual to provide vital support to the Chief Operating Officer. This is a varied role involving day-to-day operations, compliance, project management, and contract coordination. Salary: £12.50 per hour. Start: ASAP - 2 months initially. Hours: Monday to Friday, 8.45am - 5pm. Location: Redhill, with occasional travel to South Croydon.

Responsibilities
  • Provide operational support across the College.
  • Gather, analyse, and present data to highlight trends, issues, and recommendations.
  • Assist with compliance and risk management, including Health & Safety reporting and data protection requirements.
  • Coordinate projects, track progress, and support delivery against deadlines.
  • Act as a point of contact for suppliers and contractors, helping manage contracts and procurement processes.
  • Work closely with teams across the College (IT, Finance, HR, etc.) to support smooth operations.
  • Provide general administrative support such as scheduling, maintaining records, drafting communications, and assisting with key College events.
Skills & Experience
  • Strong organisational and communication skills.
  • Confidence in using databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a busy environment.
  • A collaborative, professional approach with great attention to detail.
  • Experience in administration, compliance, or project support would be an advantage.
