Responsibilities

• Lead Consumer Duty and Fair Value activities, including assessments, reporting, and product governance.
• Manage customer complaints and liaise with regulators (Lloyd’s, FOS).
• Support financial crime and sanctions reviews, responding to internal queries.
• Assist with Lloyd’s/FCA reporting, SMCR compliance, and delegated authority oversight.
• Contribute to compliance monitoring, horizon scanning, and regulatory change.
• Support the Compliance Lead on projects and oversight reporting.
