Salary: £44,000- £64,000 + Bonus

The Role: Compliance Manager

You’ll lead and inspire your teams to achieve exceptional performance. Your role will blend strategic oversight with hands on leadership, ensuring our processes are compliant

Your day-to-day will include

• Leading the Compliance, Compliance Admin, and Payroll teams to consistently exceed performance targets.
• Driving process improvements to make our compliance and payroll operations even more efficient.
• Ensuring pre-employment checks and safeguarding protocols are carried out to the highest standard.
• Managing weekly payroll delivery with accuracy and timeliness.
• Building strong communication channels with internal teams to keep workflows smooth.
• Coaching, developing, and motivating your managers and team leaders.
• Handling complex compliance and safeguarding queries with professionalism and care.
• Staying ahead of legislative changes and ensuring our processes adapt quickly.

We are looking for leader with experience of managing large compliance teams. You will need experience working in compliance environments involving employment law, right to work, data protection and safeguarding.
