Compliance Advice Team Lead

Lead a High-Performing Compliance Advisory Function

We're seeking an experienced and proactive Compliance Advice Team Lead to oversee the second line regulatory advice function within a UK insurance business. In this influential role, you will guide a specialist compliance team, support regulatory adherence across the organisation, and ensure consistently good customer outcomes.

You will also provide direct support to - and where required deputise for - the Head of Compliance, including participation in key governance forums and committees.

The head office location is Cardiff, South Wales with the role requiring 1 office day per week.
