Overview

Compliance Administrator – Education Recruitment

Location: Romford

Hours: Monday to Friday, 7.30am-4.30pm or 8am-5pm during term time & 9am-5pm during all school holidays

Salary: £25,400 – £27,000

What you’ll do
  • Support the day-to-day recruitment process by ensuring candidates have all necessary documentation, references, DBS checks, and compliance requirements.
  • Work closely with consultants and the wider admin team to make sure candidates selected for interviews and placements are fully compliant.
  • Communicate regularly with teachers, schools, and internal stakeholders via phone and email.
