About the Role
A leading national law firm with a strong reputation in the insurance sector is seeking a Solicitor (1-4 PQE) to join its Complex and Catastrophic Injury team in Cardiff. You will work as part of a high-performing team led by senior lawyers experienced in developing talent. The role will involve handling a caseload of complex, high-value personal injury matters, while also supporting more senior fee earners on catastrophic claims. These cases typically range from £200,000 to £5m and cover disputes relating to brain and spinal injuries, amputations, polytrauma, and significant property damage arising from motor accidents.

Key Responsibilities
